In its consultancy services, SIMTANO will utilize the unique Concurrent Design methodology developed for and successfully implemented at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). The founder and CEO of SIMTANO, Dr. Knut I. Oxnevad, former JPL, is recognized as the leading pioneer and innovator of the methodology. He is often called the father of the "Eight Principles of Concurrent Design."
The SIMTANO consultancy services include a complete package of work-process mapping and modifications; team, facilitator, and project manager training; work arena specifications; and company wide implementation support.
SIMTANO will initially focus on providing consultancy services to the oil and gas industry and its contractors worldwide. Gradually these services will be expanded to related industries such as ship building and shipping. As a second step, SIMTANO plans to provide consultancy services to the aerospace industry, universities, and research and government organizations.
SIMTANO will provide world-class consultancy services through hiring the best from each industry and providing them with unique training in the art of Concurrent Design.
Continued and extensive research and development activities will make SIMTANO remain the world leader and innovator in the area of Concurrent Design. As part of this, SIMTANO will set up a state-of-the-art Concurrent Design center to support customers and its research and development activities.
